1. TO BE, PERSONAL PRONOUNS, CONTRACTIONS:

* The pronoun "I" is always capitalized.
	XXX NOT: "i am American."
** "ain't" is common in some dialects of English, and can be used for
all persons: I ain't, you ain't, he ain't, she ain't, it ain't, we ain't,
they ain't. In Standard English Dialect it is incorrect.

	>> In English, sentences always have at least one NOUN and a VERB:

NOUN + VERB			I am.
NOUN + VERB			You are.
NOUN + VERB			It is.

	>> Many sentences have a NOUN, a VERB, and a NOUN PHRASE or ADJECTIVE:

NOUN + VERB + NOUN PHRASE	I am a teacher.

	>> The verb "to be" is like the equals sign (=) in mathematics:

NOUN = NOUN PHRASE		He is a rich man.
NOUN = ADJECTIVE		We are tired.
